In honor of Women's History Month, the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta hosted a breakfast with commissioner Daniella Levine Cava to discuss the Investing in America's Workforce book and solutions to help women succeed in the workplace. Susan R. Crandall, director of the Center for Social Policy at the University of Massachusetts Boston, attended as an expert guest speaker and author of the book chapter "The Potential of Profit Sharing to Support Undervalued Workers."
